Oh the blood of Jesus….

(Revelation 5:9-10 NKJV) And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood , Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, {10} And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.”PRAISE THE LORD!

Quotes: Not my will but Your will be done Lord

obedience

Let us beware of rebellion against the Lord. Circumstances are of his choosing, because He wants to bless us, to lead us (even through the wilderness) out of Egypt, that is, out of ourselves. Settle the complaint with God, and it will settle other things. Be offended with God, and you will be offended with everyone who crosses your path – Elisabeth Elliot

She is affectionately referred to as “First Lady Jakes” by The Potter’s House in Dallas, Texas. Serita Jakes was born a coal miner’s daughter. When she was a teenager, Serita Jakes’ brother was murdered. Her grief led her into an abusive relationship with a teenage boy. Eventually, she worked through her fears by writing letters to God, whom she called her Secret Keeper.

The Lord grants us opportunities for service in accordance with our ability to make use of them. Accordingly, since not all men have the same ability, therefore not all have the same, or equal number of, opportunities. In the Day of Judgment the number (of opportunities for service, “talents”) will not matter. The question is only, “Have we been faithful in their use?” (see Matthew 25:14-20) – William Hendriksen

You are fearfully and wonderfully made

beautiful_03

Did you know that the very biological makeup of your body carries the story of salvation? Your body is more than just a miracle of science. It’s a miracle of Elohim. It is a miracle of I AM (Exodus 3:14). You are a miracle of the King of Glory, the Lord of Hosts, the Creator of all things. God has personally designed and crafted everything on you and in you. No artist presents a work that he has not signed; similarly, God has deposited into your DNA His signature, which is the story of His love for you – the story of salvation. You were a miracle to God before your father and mother ever even met.
